Track your order in real time using the tracking number sent to your email after dispatch.
How to track your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Follow the steps below to locate your parcel.

1Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from BvB Paris. It will contain your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.

2Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number and visit the carrier's website directly (see list below).

3Enter your tracking number on the carrier's website to see the real-time status and location of your parcel.

4Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after your order has shipped. If no information is showing yet, please check again the following day.

If it has been more than 5 business days since your order was placed and you have not received a tracking number, or if your tracking shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact our customer service team at bvb@bvbshops.com and we will investigate immediately.
