Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection and select the product you'd like to purchase. Choose your preferred color or option if available, then click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address and payment details, and you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is completed.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't yet been processed for shipping, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at bvb@bvbshops.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified, but you remain fully covered by our 30-day return policy.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, view your order history, and submit return requests more easily.
I made a mistake with my shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately at bvb@bvbshops.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update it. Once shipped, we're unable to redirect the package, but we'll help you find the best solution.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers using 256-bit SSL encryption, the same security standard used by major banks. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Is it safe to enter my card details on your site?
Yes. Our checkout is fully secured and encrypted. Payment information is processed directly by our certified payment partners and is never stored on our own servers.
Will I be charged in my local currency?
Prices are displayed and charged in euros (€). Depending on your bank or card provider, a currency conversion fee may apply if your account is held in a different currency.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your delivery times?
Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 15 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey in real time.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders over €65. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €4.99 applies, calculated automatically and shown clearly at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs fees apply. Prices shown already include all applicable taxes for EU orders.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's progress in real time.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us at bvb@bvbshops.com with your order number, and we will investigate with the carrier and find a solution, whether that's an updated estimate, a replacement, or a refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Please check the shipping options available at checkout for your specific country. If your country isn't listed, feel free to contact us to ask whether delivery can be arranged.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my product?

How long does it take to get refunded?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days, directly to your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
Unless the item received was faulty, incorrect, or not as described, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If we made an error or the product is defective, we cover return shipping costs in full.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within a reasonable time of receiving it, ideally with a photo of the issue, at bvb@bvbshops.com. We will cover all costs and offer a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
