Return Policy

Return Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item. After this period, no returns will be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

• In its original, unused condition
• In its intact original packaging
• Accompanied by all its accessories
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Procedure

To make a return, follow these steps:

• Contact us by email at bvb@bvbshops.com, indicating your order number
• We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
• Carefully package the product
• Send the package to the indicated address

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the payment method used during the order.

Non-Refundable Products

Products damaged due to misuse or incomplete products cannot be refunded.
