Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between BvB Paris and any customer making a purchase on the website www.bvbshops.com. Any purchase implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of the order. BvB Paris reserves the right to modify its product catalog at any time. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual.

Article 3 — Price

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. BvB Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 — Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a summary of your order. BvB Paris reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock problems or fraudulent payment.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay. All transactions are secured by a 256-bit SSL protocol. BvB Paris does not store any banking data.

Article 6 — Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours. Delivery times are 5 to 10 business days in metropolitan France. In case of delay, BvB Paris cannot be held responsible if this delay is due to a force majeure event.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons. To exercise this right, contact us at bvb@bvbshops.com.

Article 8 — Returns and refunds

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the return, using the payment method used during the order.

Article 9 — Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code, as well as the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

Article 10 — Personal data

Personal data collected during the order is used solely for its processing. In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right to access, rectify, and delete your data. To exercise it, contact us at bvb@bvbshops.com.

Article 11 — Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction. These GTC are subject to French law.
